When will my order be delivered?
We ship by DPD to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Poland. Your order is carefully packed and delivery takes 1–5 working days. After ordering you will receive an email with delivery details.
What if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We do our best to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, saleable condition.
What materials are the bags made of?
Our bags are made of high-quality PU leather and durable materials for a long life.
Which sizes are available?
Our bags come in different sizes: small, medium and large. See the product page for exact dimensions.
Can I return a bag?
Yes, you can return a bag within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–5 working days. For some countries it can take up to 10 working days.
